Good decisions.
A little less guesswork.
Nine practical tools to help you choose, price, pitch, and deliver. No signup needed.
Your entries stay in this page session. These tools run in your browser; they do not send your inputs to an AI service or save them to an account. Use anonymized examples.
Make the work worth your time.
Estimate a quote floor from your time, costs, and percentage fees. All amounts are USD. This is a planning estimate, not a suggested market rate.
What’s included in the calculation?
Quote floor = ((production + admin hours) × hourly target × (1 + contingency ÷ 100) + direct costs) ÷ (1 − fee ÷ 100).
The contingency is an extra allowance on labor. This tool does not calculate taxes, general overhead, currency conversion, subscriptions, minimum platform charges, or how much a buyer will pay. Add those costs separately where applicable.
Find a service to test.
Get a starting idea based on your existing skill and preferred engagement. This is a rules-based planning aid, not an assessment of demand or qualifications.
A better starting draft.
Build a structured proposal from your own facts. This template does not invent credentials or use an AI model. Review and tailor it before sending.
Is this opportunity worth a closer look?
A structured self-check to guide your next question. It cannot verify a client, detect every scam, or predict a hire.
Turn a task into a useful AI brief.
Create instructions for your chosen, client-approved AI tool. Your brief is assembled locally and includes a human review checklist.
Make the agreement clearer.
Build a scope discussion draft and, optionally, a change request. This is a planning template, not a complete legal contract.
Learn from the work you finished.
Compare actual payment and costs with the time you really spent. Enter gross payments before the fees you list, so fees are not deducted twice. Use USD consistently. This review excludes taxes and general overhead; its contribution figure is not take-home pay or net business profit.
Show the thinking behind the work.
Create a case-study draft from facts you supply. Sample projects stay explicitly labeled, and intended outcomes stay separate from measured results.
Keep your next opportunities in view.
Track the time and cash you spend pursuing work. Add each opportunity once and update its stage as it progresses.
This is a session-only tracker. Entries disappear when you leave or reload this page. Export the CSV before you go; you can continue with it in a spreadsheet. No platform connection or account is involved.
| Opportunity | Channel | Stage | Minutes | Cash costs | Action |
|---|
Cash cost per win = total recorded acquisition cash costs ÷ opportunities marked Won. Time is shown separately and is not valued as a cash expense. These are your entries, not a verified conversion benchmark.
Find your next useful resource.
Choose a guided path or borrow a template for the next client conversation.
Map the work.
Keep your judgment in it.
See where AI can help in six freelance services, choose your route, and export a project checklist. Then measure the full task to see what actually changed.
Clear scope. Better project economics.
Plan the hours, protect the revisions, price added work, and take a client-ready brief into your next conversation.
