What you enter into the tools
The interactive tools, including the opportunity tracker, and the editable communication templates process entries in your browser. The resource-library search also runs locally and does not send search queries to a server. This version does not send those entries to our servers or an AI model, save them in a user account, or retain them after the page session. The roadmap checkboxes also stay in the current page session. Downloaded results are stored on your own device. Copying a result places it on your device's clipboard.
Do not enter secrets, confidential client information, or sensitive personal information. If you later paste a brief into an external AI service, that provider's terms and your client permissions govern that use.
Workflow planning and task-time comparisons
Workflow routes, AI-permission choices, review-gate ticks, and calculator values remain in the current page session. They are not stored with your saved-resource list or sent to an AI model. A workflow-type link can identify the example workflow, but does not include your other choices or values. Download or copy your plan or review if you want to keep it.
Resources and progress you choose to save
When you select Save for later or mark a practice self-review checkbox, the site stores known resource identifiers and checklist selections in local storage on this browser. It does not store your tool entries, edited prompts, or template text there. Saved data is not sent to us or synchronized across devices. It stays until you clear it through My saved resources or your browser controls; browser settings may also remove it. Exported lists are stored on your device. If storage is blocked, the feature reports that changes will last only on the current page.
Hosting, access, and technical information
The site is delivered through Railway, our hosting provider. Network requests may expose technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times to the hosting and access infrastructure. Railway and the domain/DNS infrastructure handle technical security records and retention under their applicable policies. This site does not control all infrastructure-level retention periods.
Analytics, cookies, and advertising
No site-level analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party embeds, or marketing cookies have been added in this version. The application does not use local storage for free-text tool inputs; it uses local storage for the resource links and practice checklist choices you explicitly save. Essential hosting or authentication functionality may operate separately. We do not sell tool inputs or use them for targeted advertising in this implementation.
Optional email subscriptions
AI Freelancer Field Notes uses a MailerLite-hosted signup form. If you choose to use that form, you submit your information directly to MailerLite. MailerLite receives the email address and any optional details you submit, plus technical and subscription records under its privacy policy. We use subscription information to send the AI Freelancer emails described on that form and administer your preferences. The form uses email confirmation. You can unsubscribe through the link in our emails or contact privacy@waymaker.cx about your information. Subscription and suppression records may be retained as needed to administer consent, honor unsubscribes, and meet applicable obligations. You do not need to subscribe to access our free resources.
Information you send by email
If you email us, the recipient and email providers receive the contact information and message you choose to send. We use that information to respond, handle requests, maintain necessary records, and meet applicable obligations. We retain correspondence as needed for those purposes rather than retaining tool entries from this site. Please send only what is necessary.
External links and scheduling
Following a link takes you to an independently operated website. The destination may receive ordinary request and referral information and may collect information you provide there. Booking through the external scheduling link may collect contact and appointment details. Review the destination's privacy policy before submitting information.
Retention and your choices
Tool entries are not retained by this application. Clear or close the page to remove session entries; delete downloaded files or clipboard contents on your device if needed. Hosting records and information submitted through third-party services follow those providers' policies. Privacy access, deletion, correction, objection, or other rights may apply depending on your location and the processing involved. To make a request, email privacy@waymaker.cx and identify the site and information involved. We may need to verify a request proportionately before responding.
Security, international processing, and children
No online system is completely secure. Hosting and linked services may process data in countries other than yours under their applicable arrangements. This resource is intended for adults and does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through a connected service, contact the responsible operator or provider.
Changes
We will update this policy when the implementation changes. Additional accounts, payments, analytics, affiliate tracking, or server-side AI processing would require a fresh review before activation. Applicable privacy rights are not limited by this policy.
